- When your diagnosis confirms a need to be hospitalized, your doctor will issue you an admission certification
- Fill out the ward admission form and sign the admission consent at the admission counter to complete your admission registration.
(Prepare your ID card or ARC and NHI IC card) - After completing the exams, report to the ward nursing station directly.
- Complete the admission procedures.

Discharge Flowchart
- The doctor issues the discharge order.
- Staff proceeds the discharge related procedures.
The nursing staff will assist you to make the recheck appointment, collect the take-home medications, and provide health education.
(Please inform the staff in advance if you need a diagnosis certificate or a medical report summary.) - Take the discharge notice to the cashier counter on the first floor, confirm the bills, and pay.
(Two options to your bills: cash or credit card.) - Collect medications at the pharmacy
