In recent years, breast cancer has become the first rank female cancer and among cancers in Taiwan and abroad. Research findings have indicated that about one-third of the women have benign tumors in the breasts, but not all become sensational. How to distinguish between benign and malignant tumors? How to diagnose breast cancer earlier and carry out the subsequent treatment? To improve the overall diagnosis, treatment, follow-up quality, and professional care of breast cancers, we have established a breast specialist clinic in our hospital to serve the folks and the public.
The head of the department is Dr. Huang Xinghua. There are four full-time physicians, one attending physician, three specialist nurses, and one breast cancer case manager.

Breast specialist services cover the diagnosis of breast diseases using mammography screening, breast ultrasound examination, puncture or open biopsy, breast MRI examination, and positron examination.
The breast cancer treatments we provide include surgery and intensive, intraoperative radiotherapy, and post-operative chemotherapy, the HER therapy target treatment, and cell therapy. The patients are followed up regularly after treatment.
We hold monthly breast cancer multi-specialist meetings and case discussions, and we develop treatment plans and appropriate and correct treatment guidelines to improve the treatment quality, breast cancer recurrence, and survival.
