Physiology Examination Center

  • Introduction

The Department of Physiology examination center is an integrated unit for Cardiology, Endocrinology, Thoracic medicine, Neurology, Urology, Nephrology, Pediatrics, General surgery, and Rehabilitation departments that provides convenient services to the patients. For this purpose, we focus on maintaining the treatment quality besides treatment efficiency and effectiveness.

Various examination units are integrated into:

  • Ultrasonography Division
  • Cardiac Function Examination Division
  • Thoracic Medical Examination Division
  • Neurophysiologic Examination Division
  • Urologic Examination Division

  • Ultrasonography division 【Examination room No.1 and 3 are located on the 3rd Floor of Fuxin Building】

    This division supports the Endocrinology, Nepherology, Rehabilitation, General surgery, Breast surgery, Pediatrics departments for sonographic examination and obtaining puncture biopsy.
    Examination room No.3 is for the Pediatric EEG examination. We will schedule the examination as your doctor requests.

  • Cardiac Function Examination Division 【Exam.room No.6, 7, and 8 are located on the 3rd Floor of Fuxin Building】

    This division is equipped with the most advanced hardware to support the Cardioloy and Cardiosurgery department, including EKG and cardiosonographic examination.

  • Thoracic Medical Examination Division 【located at the 8rd Floor of Fuxin Building】

    The division offered pulmonary function test, bronchoscopic examination, chest and lung sonographic study, and various invasive procedures.

  • Neurophysiologic Examination Division 【Examination room No.2, 4, 9 and 10 are located on the 3rd Floor of Fuxin Building】

    • Examination room No.2 will offer the adult Electroencephalography(EEG) examination.
    • Examination room No.4 is equipped with electromyography (EMG) and the nerve conduction velocity (NCV) examinations are conducted here.
    • Examination room No.9 is for the cerebral hemodynamic examination (also called tilting table test).
    • Examination room No.10 is for the neuro-sonography study, including transcranial Doppler, carotid artery, and peripheral blood vessels sonography.

  • Urologic examination division 【Room No.0341, 0342, 0344 are located on 3rd Floor in OPD Building】

    We provide urosonographic and urodynamic examinations.
